She is a Certified Transpersonal Suggestive & Regression Hypnotherapist, a Holographic Memory Resonance practitioner (the reframing of trauma stored in the spine), a channel and medium, a tuning fork and singing bowl sound healing practitioner and a personal coach to individuals and business owners. 

In the realm of sound healing, Heather is highly skilled at integrating vibrational therapies in tandem with traditional energy medicine and hypnotherapeutic work upon request. To enhance results, she integrates Solfeggio energy and body tuning forks, Body, Brain, Fibonacci, Om, DNA and RNA Tuners in tandem with energized crystals and stones. These forks when used in a cross functional manner bring self healing and self realization forward from within while mending the auric field, primary and secondary energy centers.

By request Heather can introduce hands-on instrumentals including 5-metal brass Himalyan bowls sourced from Rishikesh, India (One of the world’s most prominent spiritual cities). Tools employed include drums, rattles, rain sticks, chimes, and thunder clappers to name a few that bring the unconscious forward.
